Large Diameter Wheels
Our specialty wheel is a large-diameter wheel that reaches up to 50” in diameter and uses centerless grinding. We offer Stahli Wheels, Hexagon Pellets, Double Disc Lapping Wheels, Fine Grinding Wheels, and more.
Polyimide Wheels
Polyimide bonds are the most popular bond system for super abrasive grinding wheels. These bonds are a high-temperature resin that offers thermal superiority, low power requirements, and excellent holding, which makes them the optimal bond for CNC grinders.
Resin Wheels
Resin bond products combine resins and fillers, which are then subjected to intense heat and pressure before being pressed to the grinding wheel’s core. The combination of that heat and pressure can easily be dressed to angle forms, straight forms, and special radius forms.
Vitrified Wheels
Vitrified bond wheels are the most common material for aluminum oxide and silicon carbide abrasives. Thanks to a high material removal rate at lower cutting forces, these bonds control deflection, which makes them ideal for Super Alloys like:
